Is there ANY fix for sagging Aero front springs?

about 9 months ago I replaced OEM shocks with FSD's on all four corners and new OEM springs all around in my 04 Aero sedan at around 120k. Used top perch in back and 15mm GS spacers. Ride height restored and car was transformed.
9 months and 11k later the front end has sank 1", and the rear end is maintaining its ride height so far. I am shocked at how fast the front springs pooped out, They were Aero springs, Saab OEM from Eeuro, thought they would hold up for 3 or 4 years anyway.
As far as I know there are no spacers availiable for the front end. The low hanging front end hits everything and feels tired again. Cant even get the car on the ramps for quick oil changes anymore without a tapered wedge at the toe of the ramps. Are there any aftermarket springs that are not lowering springs that will hold up? The car is never loaded down, usually just me in it.
As far as top perch and GS spacers...seems to work for now.
I am not really sure what to think about the FSD's at this point.
