The transmission dogbone, other engine mounts mentioned by others sound plausible.
Did your work include subframe bushings ? If it did, are the bolts all torqued to spec (75 lb-ft plus 45 degrees)? If it didn't you might check the bushings.
Two other things that may be issues: Check the steering rack bolts for tightness. I also found that properly tightening control arm rear bushing bolts into the chassis can be problematic - rust causes the bolt to appear to be torqued, but its not - so be sure to check those.
