I pulled the entire valve by disconnecting the squeeze connector further down the line. Can the hard plastic line be removed or must it be cut off and reconnected in some jerry-rigged fashion? Ideas for that?
I need to figure that hard line out so I don't break things and am unable to put it back. The car runs without this valve, but there's lots of fuel odor and it could run rich at some points. I see the Bosch valve can be purchased separately if I can reuse the hard plastic hose. Saab squeezed this valve in there requiring the hard line so things didn't kink (or maybe regulations also require hard line, though it's rubber on the other side of the valve).
