which is...

http://www.eeuroparts.com/Parts/33974/Hex-Head-Body-Screw-07119905507/

or BMW part# 07119905507

which is simply a body screw with spec: ST4,8X16

which you can get at just about any automotive parts counter or fastener supply place for about 30 cents each. Maybe even Walmart. Easy to install yourself, possibly even without a lift/jack/whatnot (I'm skinny, so I usually try to avoid jacking unless necessary).

At this age of our cars, it's good to be able to manage as many simple tasks ourselves if possible or the cars start to cost too much to maintain as little things go wrong.

You could get a cheap code reader and get the CEL code. It is very easy. Plugs in under the dash, turn on the car, see what code it gives, type the code into the search bar on saabnet, or google and go from there. If no luck ask on this bb. Not a great idea to drive around with a CEL because it may be something important that is failing that could cost you a lot more money (eg DIC is an easy DIY repair, ignoring it could take out the cat - costly and much less DIY friendly repair, in addition to still needing to replace the DIC). Anyway, without knowing the code, you have no idea what is wrong.

It is good to also support your saab indy, at least if you can find one nearby.

good luck!
