The initial posting said something about 'we recommend replacing'...they didnt state what is actually broken.
I am infering the water pump died, the remaining parts on the list are 'recommended best practice since they are tied into the belt and the waterpump.
If you are interested in saving some $s, the idler pulley, tensioner are precautionary replacements, IMHO. At 145K miles, and if they are original parts, are probably worth replacing if you plan to keep the car a while, or you could opt out of the 'extras' and pass the risk to someone else.
FWIW, I had an independent saab garage R&R a HEPU water pump I bought at eeuroparts. IIRC, the pump was ~$125, and the labor was around $350-400. The labor rate was $95/hr. I opted not to have him do the pulley and tensioner as I could do those myself at a later time.
As you priced out the parts, you found out the tensioner and pulley are not that expensive but the added labor to R&R those parts are, IMO, a bit on the high side. He is working in that area already so R&R'ing them should not take more than an hour.
Thats my thoughts & rational....
good luck
