You can try installing an anti-fouler purchased at a local automotive store. These are inserted in the rear O2 sensor bung, then the sensor installed in the anti-fouler. I found the ones obtained locally had to be drilled out and were then still too small to accept the rear O2 sensor body, you may have better luck.
You can order O2 sensor extenders for this specific purpose but you will not have the part in time.
You can try wrapping the down-pipe and exhaust system from turbo to Cat with Header Wrap insulation. This will prevent heat loss and help the rear O2 sensor heat fast to read properly in cold temperatures. The Header Wrap is probably your best option with the Friday deadline.
