2003 3.0, 106k. I have had the vacuum lines smoked, the PCV system checked, and the MAF cleaned. No other codes at the moment. It was also throwing a code for evap p0451 maybe, but a loose clamp fixed that. Not sure if that's tied in at all!

Code is still popping as soon as monitors reset. Any chance that it is a MAF that needs replacement? Any way to diagnose that? My OBD reader only has a freeze frame option so I've only got snapshots of the fuel trim.
