The issue with many of these kinds of dealerships is they pick up cars cheap off auction or some other source, and frequently the car was in a minor collision of some sort (possibly less than minor), and then fixed on the cheap. I look for unusual badging (eg lower case "t" instead of capital "T" on some models), overspray, trim fasteners broken, missing, or incorrectly installed... know the model of car inside out and probe them if you find things.
I also scour the car for any receipts or papers from the previous owner... they can be illuminating... like the time I found a bill of sale from a p/o off auction for a really low price... turns out the dealer had paid more to buy it from the p/o after about a year of ownership! Also scour the car for any signs of rust.
If you are mechanically inclined, check things like ride height, look under hood, scan for codes, test the ACC (though this car has the GM version which may be more reliable?)... pay attention to issues while driving it...
Sometimes though, they just get a car cheap from another dealership and don't know what to do with it, especially if it sits. However, usually the owner ditched it for another car for a reason, not because it was perfect in every way!
good luck!
