... cars been running great.. then yesterday (hot and humid around 92F ) i had a couple of instances where the car would bog down, barely moving. This would occur from both a dead stop, as well as when driving at lower speeds... in stop and go traffic.. When it happened the car had be running for a while.. in stop and go traffic..
My immediate thoughts were things like Throttle body, DIC, CPS Sensor, etc. but those are all fairly new parts over the past year. Then i wondered if the AC compressor may be triggering the problem? My AC was running very warm, so I just recharged it the previous day.. and now the problem is occurring.. So i'm wondering if the compressor kicking in could cause this type of problem? I understand there is some loss of performance with the compressor running.. but this is not a mild loss of power.
any thoughts?
