If you replace the upper arm assemblies, and the right strut assembly, and the right front wheel still drags like this, I wouldn't look at the rear suspension next - I would look at the possibility that the half shaft assembly or front wheel bearing/hub assembly got compromised. If the right front wheel took a big enough hit from the side, those parts could've been dinged and it could be the left drive side of the car is pulling freely and strongly and the bound up right side simply can't keep pace.
If you get superb gas mileage, my theory won't probably turn out. You could put the front of the car up on jackstands and put the car in gear and see if the right side wheel can't be convinced to turn. If the right side rotates most willingly, again, my suggestion about the hurt axle and/or bearing on the right will not pan out either.
