I've got a strange problem on my wife's 9-5 wagon...

The engine shuts off while your driving with no warning, hesitation, etc.
It happened to her twice.
I didn't believe her till it happened to me.
I switched cars with her till I can figure this out.
Unfortunately it doesn't throw a code.
Electrical issue probably...
I checked the battery for loose/broken cables. (the battery is only 2 months old)

It's on jack stands right now because I'm changing the struts.
I need to check the wiring at the alternation tonight.
Any ideas?
