Previous post I mentioned doing the sub-frame bushings. We used the Vauxhall "Rose Bush Tool" typically found on a familiar auction site to move bushings out and back in. It comes with fine thread 12 mm threaded rods. If the bushes are really seized in the sub-frame you'll strip the threaded rods.

We bought some 1/2-13UNC rod from Fastenal and cut it to size. We had to open the center holes in the tools in the Rose bush kit by about 0.050 inch. Once we made this mod, the tool was SUPER easy to use and the threads didn't get torn up. The nuts and washers I bought to go with the threaded rod are high strength Grade 8. The parts for the modification ran about $25. Well worth it.
