Where was the Timken seal manufactured ? (No country of origin listed in original post)
I am asking because I received a Timken front wheel bearing from Rock Auto - the photo in "information" showed an F A G bearing, but the one I received is NOT. The box and package have no indication on where it was made. It is appropriately stiff as a new wheel bearing ought to be, but since I was expecting something of OEM quality . . . I may send it back.
Has Timken become just another relabeling nameplate ?
