Radiator fan vibration 2005 9-5 Linear wagon

Lately I've noticed significant vibration coming from the radiator cooling fans. They come on and turn off as they should, but when on, vibrate to the point where I can feel it in the cabin. I've visually inspected both fans and I can see nothing obviously wrong. Any ideas? Ive never heard of the bearings on the fans having problems...
