Check the belt tensioner and the alternator . Then tighten the battery terminals after you replace the battery . The positive cable must have no corrosion , and the negative cable is just as important , as well as the ground terminal connections must be tight . Again , I strongly suggest a new , fully charged battery . It is a safety issue . Please be safe and get it corrected . Good Luck !
