666 Relay Replacement
Posted by skibumm100 [Email] (more from skibumm100) on Tue, 3 Dec 2019 04:53:32
My new-to-me 02 Aero has had terrible "high" beam headlights since I got it. I have a bad shutter on the driver's side and have not gotten around to fix it yet. I don't know how old the xenon bulbs are but they are probably due for replacement. I bought the Bosch relay from eEuro as a quick fix and what a difference. The halogen "high" beams illuminate the road as well as my 9000 Aero does. I may replace the xenon bulbs soon but I may not even mess with the DS shutter fix. I don't see it making an appreciable difference with the halogens on. If I get ambitious I may rewire the halogens so that the full current doesn't go through the stalk switch.
