I just did one last week and under warranty.
Replaced the whole box last year on a 06 9-5 and now the O-ring was leaking worse than before. I used a Swedish Propart (poorpart) box, 32019651, which they say is OEM???
Removed the intake stay, oil filler pipe and loosened the box and swung it out just enough to snake a new O-ring on there.
It wasn't too easy and I have the benefit of standing up under the car but it was possible without loosening any of the three pipes on top, just the hose at the bottom.
The old O-ring was completely flattened out.
The size is approx 25x31x3 mm. The same size O-ring is also used on the 9000 oil level sensor and between oil pan and block on the B234 engine, p/n 9138017
