Hi Roger,
I would go with the tag. My 2007 as well as several customer 2007 and 2008 9-5 Aero's have the solid rotors. From what I remember all 2002 to 2005 9-5 Aero's came with the larger ventilated rotors but starting 2006 it was usually the solid rotors. The 2006 being the sport suspension cars since no Aero existed that year. I could be wrong on 2005 but I know 02 to 04 were all ventilated as well as the V6 coming with the ventilated rotors.
