I looked and WIS on-line briefly and I didn't see spec'd voltages - just wire colors coming from TWICE, which I presume for our cars means 12V power, with black as ground.
I had some issues like this with a 2006 wagon, and cleaning VERY thoroughly and loading up dielectric grease have kept it fixed for several years now. I would get a helper and measure voltages on left side for comparison with right side - actuating brakes, signals, and parking lamps. Be sure the pins are well-clamped into their matching female clips. If all the power leads match side-to-side, then it's still connector corrosion or contact. And individually check the ground at each bulb in case the ground bus in the light cluster has an issue.
Wish I could suggest a 'smoking gun'. It might take a while, but I'm sure you'll find it!
