Thank you, very much, bobc, for the prompt response.
With the light switch and the ignition switch both "on," I can measure 11.7V on the driver side in the turn signal with both the bulb holder and the connector, but get no voltage in the side marker light holder or connector (housing removed, obviously). I haven't tried the passenger side, yet.
That's part of the reason that I was flipping the light switch around. I don't think the fog lights have any bearing on this, but the wiring harness for them is still in place, because the temp sensor is connected via the same wiring harness.
