Sounds like the DI cassette. If the service guy did things right, he would drive your car, then replace the DI with the 'known good' DI cassette that every Saab shop has, and see if there is a difference. I had to push the service director to do that for my 9000 (which 'showed no codes'), and this found the problem. Faulty DI. Bench tested fine. But wasn't fine.
