At the very least, they should look up how to take the cowling off. I took the cowling off of my 9-5 to replace the windshield wiper linkage about a month ago, and all of the cowling clips were broken from the glass shop. I had replaced the cowling myself, so I knew the clips were intact the last time I touched it. By some miracle I had kept the old clips from the old cowling, so I had a full set of good ones.
