A couple of thoughts. Does the dealer have an experienced Saab mechanic and a Tech 2 or equivalent? Your issues don’t sound that Saab-specific, but experience with Saabs helps. I’m guessing you don’t have a state safety inspection requirement or the air bag light would fail the inspection. You still want to get the airbag issue resolved for your own safety. $300 for the passenger seatbelt sounds like a used part as I believe new was a lot more and new belts are no longer available. But a good used belt would be just as safe as a new one. If the seat belt is triggering the air bag light it is the pretensioner, which is something you want to work properly in a crash. Could the new clock spring be defective? Proparts has a spotty quality reputation. Maybe give them another crack at it and this time check things before you leave. I’ve been using a Saab/Cadillac dealer for years with generally good results.
