yeah.. if it were a tire balance issue... you'd feel it whether you're accelerating or coasting..
Is it a vibration or a rattle you're experiencing? Usually the motor mount vibrations/clunks occur when you move from a dead stop.. or if you suddenly change speeds.. as things shift a bit from the sudden change in speed..
The top side, passenger mount is typically the one that fails the most .. Hunt around on the web.. I think there are a few write up on how to test the mount, while the car is idling in the driveway.. to check for excessive play...
Other than the mounts.. I think CV joints are another possibility.. along with control arm bushings...
