The one in Massachusetts, yes. Apparently when everyone was not driving during 2020 due to the pandemic, they did not get enough business and closed.

At the recent SOC in Albany, NY, someone said that they may have a sister organization in Canada and that there are other companies here in the US that offer similar services, but I do not remember any specific names of those companies. Maybe others here can list them.

Update:
So, after some more online searching, it looks like BBA went out of business at the end of 2020, due to less business but apparently some internal issues also. They tried to re-open the business in early 2021, but lots of reports of issues with contacting them, customer service, etc. (Likely due to a loss of staff with the issues at the end of 2020.) Not clear if they are still in business or not, but several reports lately of people having trouble contacting them. Apparently the Canadian site is also closed.
