I have a 2008 95 Wagon and have been having issues with the car not starting right away and the lights not working in the on position. The lights work fine in the off position but when you put them on, all the interior and exterior lights don't work.

The starting is another issue. When I try to start the car after sitting for some time, i.e. more than an hour or overnight, turn the key to start, all the usual dashboard lights and headlights come on but nothing happens, no sound or anything. If i keep the key in the start position for approximately 10-15 seconds, the car starts fine, and in fact after i have driven it for some time, it will start fine.

I have had two SAAB techs look at the car and they both said it has to be the DICE control module, part number 5266267 or 32019310 since everything else checked out fine.

If anyone knows where I can find a replacement DICE unit please let me know as everything I see online is either out or overseas.
