Hello,
I would at the minimum make sure the ring on the axle is not damaged or cracked. Often in my area of rust, rust will build up under the reluctor ring on the outer cv and causing a small crack that leads to this type of intermittent failure. Also double check and make sure all 4 tires are the same size. Good Luck, Bernie
