Greetings,
Have your battery terminals disconnected, ignition in the OFF position and perform the following:
If you are savvy in electronics, you will need a multimeter to do the following;
As per WIS, you can attempt to check for continuity on BU colored wire on pin 7 K-Line of DLC to pin 28 of DICE connector. if it checks out OK, next perform CAN Bus wiring network by back-probing CAN/+ GN colored wire at DICE pin 14 and CAN/- WH colored wire at DICE pin 5. These pairs of wires are easy to identify as they are twisted between one another at the DICE wire loom and all around CAN Bus network. Your multimeter should read resistance of 60 Ohms or very very close to it.
If you read other resistance or nothing at all, problem lies further in. There would be more and further troubleshooting involved.
Keep us posted,
Ro
