There's a procedure in the WIS for changing out all of the fluid, but considering how often you're changing yours, it's probably not necessary. To change it all out, you need to pull off one of the transmission fluid cooler hoses. That way the transmission can pump the fluid out, but you still need to make sure not to run it dry, which is why you really want to follow the WIS instructions.
