Other things to look at would be a MAF. The MAF is actually what the turbo gauge in the car reads not one of the pressure sensors. So a bad MAF will lean out the engine, produce low boost and can eat a piston.
Another possibility with a cat code is a clogged cat or piece of exhaust. You can either get a back pressure gauge and put were the first O2 is and see if you have a clogged exhaust. Or loosen the flange from the turbo to the downpipe and take a quick noisy drive to see if the boost increases.
As far as you turbo it should be the TD04-15. The GT17 were used on some 2003 and earlier cars here in the US. The 19 is larger turbine that some people install. I usually get the cartridge replacements from Swedish Dynamics. Good Luck, Bernie
