That Fel-Pro OS 30809 is not a replacement part for anything. (It is telling that the "replacement" part number shown in the eEuroparts listing corresponds to the sump itself.) As others have stated, the factory-built engine used a bead of anaerobic sealant between the aluminum alloy oil sump flange and the cast iron engine block. This is also the Saab-sanctioned method of sealing the sump to the engine. Use of an actual gasket may or may not work (and you may need to retorque it later). I wouldn't do it.
