My salesman was John Camper. He was OK. My car and I get birthday cards every year from him so you can guess that he cares about repeat business. I probably could have gotten a better deal from him but he could tell I was excited about the 9-3.

The Bad:
They tried telling me that I needed new wiper blades and check-valves for the headlight wipers as well as a new rear wiper blade or else they wouldn't pass my car (1999 9-3) for inspection. The items were fine and could have been easily replaced on my own if they had been faulty. I don't see that service adviser there anymore however.

The Good:
Since then, they've been doing a good job. They even gave my son a little lightning blue 9-3 matchbox car when my wife took the car in for an oil change. He loves it. Actually, he lost it (only 18mos old) and I had to go back and "buy" one because he'd been looking for it in the couch cushions, etc, for days.
