I bought a new leftover 2001 Saab 9-5 SE wagon from them back in July '02. 3 other dealers could not come close to the price. It was the most pleasurable car buying experience I ever had. My salesman was Tony and I also dealt with the sales manager and owner (forgot their names) regarding issues with my trade-in and they were both very professional and courteous. The dealership is over 60 miles from home but I bought the car from them due to the treatment and price (and the free swap of my car for a loaner for scheduled maintenance, free detailing per year).
I've only been to the service department once but everything was done to my satisfaction. The steering wheel wasn't aligned to the front wheels and they aligned it for free, had a loaner started and waiting for me, and even called when the work was done. Probably things everyone takes for granted, but after dealing with the Jeep dealer before the Saab it's nice to be taken care of.
