If you replace the lines with new ones designed for the car, be careful of the model year and supplier. There is a union in the middle that changes m/f at a model year somewhere around 2005. Some only sell both halves, and that might be safest actually because some suppliers send the wrong model year.
We had a similar leak away from home and had it fixed by a good, non Saab tech. The first half line we ordered didn't fit. In the end he installed a full new line. Afaik, our Saab tech makes up a new high pressure line and re routes it to keep the labour manageable. Not everyone can make high pressure lines like that, and it is a big job. I didn't want to tackle it!
