It is not that bad, but this is the second time around for the repair. I've considered the POR 15
treatment. Perhaps I am being a bit lazy but I have out grown working on the underside of a vehicle, on jack stands in my driveway, on my back scraping away rust. Moreover, the rust up inside the door frame is significant and IDK what I may find once I'd cut away the bad parts. I know what I'd do if I had the proper facilities and welding skills, but I am at the mercy of shops that have the capabilities to do this work.
Thanks for the details to address the problem. Still weighing my options.
