Thank you for posting, as well as Mike. I was a bit skimpy with the information I posted. The 9-5 is a 2007, and unfortunately when you run a self-test, the results are stored in the ACC brain. Earlier year models posted the codes on the dash display. I believe its a flap problem because we had the ACC gone over quite thoroughly about a year ago, and after this job was done, I could hear a scraping sound coming from low center on the. Recently there was a real yowl from that area, and afterwards it started just blowing hot air. I have dismantled enough of the dash to gain access to the blend motors on the passenger side, but so far they are a bugger to get out. Nor can I move the rods connecting the blend motor to the flaps. What should I do, in your opinion, from here?
