I only do them on the failed door, but you could go around the car proactively if you don't want to have to fix one sometime in winter. Usually the rear windows are used less and less likely to fail than the driver's door, so imho I wouldn't bother with them unless they are showing signs of failure. The process does generally mess up the vapour barrier to some degree so better to leave it alone if all is well imho.
