Mark - just went through this on my 2005 Arc. On mine, the hose portion of the line split, so it was pissing fluid whenever you turned the wheel - I ordered EDELMANN 92639 Pump End hose from Rockauto and it bolted in fine. Fortunately the union came apart for me without issue - I sprayed it daily with PB Blaster for about a week before trying to dismantle. The union in question is easily accessible front center of the car - I can see it through the lower grille. If the line coming in from the passenger side has a male fitting, that's what you need. Part was about $41.
