Just did an 07 this week but you have to be careful so you don't break the porcelain tube on the bulb.
After removing the hose clamp that EVAP valve hangs on, I could flex the rubber enough to get the bulb in and out.

The biggest challenge is to get to that pesky twist lock ring and then more-so get the new bulb in all the way without bending any of the many ground tabs surrounding the igniter and then twist the lock back in place.
