Wondering if anyone has experience comparing the OEM front struts to Bilstein touring (aka B4). Our higher mileage 2005 wagon needs new ones and due to it's age and life expectancy at this point, I am uninclined to be as spendy on koni or b6 for this car.

I used Bilstein touring on the rear of a c900 many years ago and they were good quality. Just wondering if anyone had experience with the 9-5 specifically. Sachs/B4 are approximately the same cost.

Has anyone used koni reds on these cars? They seemingly weren't available years ago but are now. I used koni yellow sports on our other car and they were great, but did rust easier than I had hoped...
