Thanks for the tips Paul. I'll order the screws and say a little prayer before getting into the project. My car is in Vermont, but never sees winter, so in general most things are like working on a car from Phoenix. Rust free, but heat soaked over the years from the engine/turbo.

I remember buying the Akebono's back in the day because the dust was so bad on the other pads. They certainly do dust less.

I've got (probably) every record since I bought the car in 2004, and nothing I have shows the rotors getting replaced. Can't wait to put my calipers over it and see how much is left. I suspect they must be getting thin at this point.

Which screw is needed? FCP shows 2 saab part numbers, vastly different looking, and both say they fit.
