Pulsation/rattle felt through steering wheel Posted by Snowmobile [Email] [Profile/Gallery]

2005 arc wagon 400k km (250k miles). New control arms/bushings, sway bar links (moog), tires, alignment, this past spring.
Hit a nasty pothole and immediately thereafter have had a pulsation/rattle felt through the steering column while braking from 60-40km/h (40-25mph) and not really noticeable at higher or lower speeds, but is also evident while going slowly over some small sharp bumps without braking. It feels almost like subtle sharply pulsating brakes (but even without braking) or a ball rattling in a loose socket.
I knew my inner tie rod ends were getting loose and floppy so I just had inner/outer done (lemforder) and also new front struts (including all new mounts, bearings etc), and aligned again. Improvements in steering and handling but still the pulsation. Steering feel is still loose rather than heavy (eg comparing vs my other 9-5).
It does need subframe bushings, at least front (rears have been done in the past). I have not yet checked the status of the sway bar bushings (which I will do once I can get a chance to jack it up and look), but they are old.
Any thoughts?
