Thanks for that link. I saw that page but didn't realize there was a diagnostic section with link at the top. Unfortunately my scanner isn't giving me the information asked for with this tutorial.

I did take another look and interestingly, my third brake light is lit but the two in the tailgate are not and don't seem to have power unless I am using my multimeter wrong.
