How many miles does it have? Sounds like you have done a lot of useful maintenance so worth keeping to get your money out of it. If you have a mechanic with Saab experience, you should be fine. Just keep up on the engine maintenance and they can last a long time.

I can't really see the damage from the photo, but it is possible to get bumpers from junk yards for less than that, though they might not be pristine.
