Without seeing the extent of the damage, as Snowmobile suggests, uts hard to say how big a task this would be. Among my concerns would be damage under the bumper cover that you wont see until you get the cover off. The AC condenser, washer reservoir and pumps, alarm module, are all in the proximity of that corner, no it far behind the bumper.

That said, another source may be Goldwing Saab - they are in Hastings NY (upstate, NOT Hastings-on-Hudson). I mention that as worth a call as they may have used parts that are already in your color
