Fixed my own issue. Looks like someone had replaced the oil trap to throttle body hose (PCV end). They never fully seated it on the oil trap. I bought the fancy eSaabParts flexible version complete with viton seals. I lubed the seals with MIL-G-4343 o-ring grease and it snapped on the trap, fully seating. It took more time to jack up the car than do the repair. So far, no codes.
The manifold side MAP sensor readings are still a little low. I found some more loose hoses near the trap that need radiator clamps. With these cars it's like Wack a Mole. Fix one issue and another pops up.
