My 2008 9-5 wagon has had a slow coolant leak for some time now (probably almost 2 years). I have just been topping off the coolant as needed, more so in the winter months than in the summer. My guess is it was the water pump and/or O-rings. Finally had my mechanic take a look and he says the leak is coming from the transmission cooler line. He thinks it looks like the tranny fluid is mixing with the coolant and leaking out. Just curious, I would think if the tranny fluid was leaking or getting mixed with coolant as well, I would be running into some transmission problems by now. It shifts fine with no problems.
