I get that one every once in a while due to some screwing around on my part by adding xenon headlights to the Halogen system. (apparently, the starter wire wore through and grounded itself which wouldn't allow the headlight to "start")
Anyways, to answer your question, look in the under hood fuse box (located at the rear of the engine bay, driver's side) There you will find four fuses for the headlights- one each for Hi and Low for each light. The fuse locations are marked on the underside of the fuse box cover. Check out those and that should solve your problem. If that doesn't work, I'd say the next step is to remove the offending bulb and see if its blown.
Good Luck!
Brad
