I found a couple of really useful items at Griot's Garage.

The first is FuelGuard, which is a rubber "bib" that attaches to the fuel filler neck. It protects the paint from damage from the nozzle and spilled gas, and rolls up neatly into the opening when you are done refueling. I bought one for my Aero, and one for my wife's A4.

The other is the Spare Tire Air Line. My space saver spare is mounted upside down, so that I have to completely remove it to check the air pressure. I attached one of these hoses and notched the foam "doughnut" that supports the wheel using a razor knife. I routed the hose up through one of the bolt holes. Now I can check and service the tire without disturbing it. I noticed the cap on the end of my hose has no rubber seal - use the one off the tire to ensure there is no leakage.

BTW, their paper catalog is a joy for any car nut. I highly recommend that interested owners request one. They are free with an order.
