I realize I have a99 wagon, but I believe 99 mpg was slightly lower.
Anyway--99 9-5 2.3 with stick, 23.5 in pure city (stop and go commutes, winter, does better in warm weather), and once broken in I have gotten over 34 on long highway runs.
As measured by fill-ups, not by SID, as except on the highway runs my SID is consistently around 1.2 mpg high (on the last highway run, it was low0.
89 Octane.
